Precisely, after glimpsing upon the flash moments of 89th Oscars, it all made every spectator out there to come up with standing ovation. In fact, this is the first ever time in the recent years of awards and every recipient deserved it. The inspiring speeches have become a viral inspiration across the globe now and are consistently being flashed up. La La Land as predicted with highest winning degrees on 14 nominations scored 6 among them hands down including Best Direction (Damien Chazelle), Best Original Score (Justin Hurwitz), Best Song (City of Stars Music by Justin Hurwitz and Lyric by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul), Best Cinematography (Linus Sandgren), Best Actress (Emma Stone) and Production Design (David Wasco, Sandy Reynolds)
Moonlight won the ‘Best Motion Picture’, which a fantabulous speech delivered by the entire team. It also managed to sweet up with couple of promising categories that included Best Adapted Screenplay (Moonlight, Barry Jenkins; Story by Tarell Alvin McCraney) and Best Supporting Actor (Mahershala Ali).
On a much convincing note, Casey Affleck won the Best Actor Male award for his much acclaimed performance in the film ‘Manchester by the Sea’. Of course, everyone could keep their fingers crossed that Emma Stone would make it bigger and yes, the ‘Best Actor Female’ was conferred upon her for the best performance in ‘La La Land’.
