'Gautham Menon' to play as villain...

Director Gautham Menon has always had a penchant for acting- a fact evident from his cameo appearances in all the films he has directed so far and also in the films of other directors. Last year he was supposed to make his debut as an actor in a full length role in director Vineeth Srinivasan's Malayalam film, but his busy schedule did not permit him to go ahead with it.

But now it seems time has ripen for the unleashing of the actor in Gautham that too in a negative role. Reliable sources inform us that 'Yennai Arindhaal' director will be playing the lead villain in director Ajay Gnanamuthu's 'Imaikka Nodigal' that will have Atharvaa in the lead role and Nayanthara in an equally important female character. The film is being produced by C.Jeyakumar of Cameo Films banner

We will have to wait for the official confirmation and if this becomes true, it will be a kick ass acting debut for Gautham with an young and vibrant team.
