Lens is an edge of the seat hostage drama set in video chat rooms which mark Jayaprakash Radhakrishnan’s debut as a director. This film co-produced by Siddharth Vipin has been selected under the competition section at the Spain Film Festival and it is notable that Lens is the ONLY Indian film to be screened in competition along with other films from countries like Belgium, Spain, Peru, Australia & Italy.
When press people spoke to Jayaprakash, he for obvious reasons sounded ecstatic.
“I feel great. We have also applied for other film festivals in Germany, Italy, Japan and await a word from their end”
When inquired if they are looking at taking the festival route prior to the theatrical release,
“As of now we don't have any specific strategy or plan. I am working on the theatrical release that can be expected anytime now. Lens has taken its rounds at all the film festivals based in India and Spain would be the first international platform it has reached to. Many distributors have shown interest in my product and confirmations will happen soon” signed off Jayaprakash with confidence.
Siddharth Vipin has taken care of the background score too. The trailer is definitely an intriguing one. Let us wait for the movie to take us through a thrilling ride!
