Last week, the Tamil Film Producers Council had issued urged actor and Nadigar Sangam General Secretary Vishal to apologise for his comments "insulting" the Producers' Council otherwise the release of his films will be banned by the Council.
Vishal has replied to this ultimatum from the Producer's Council. Speaking in the event organised by his fan club members to celebrate his birthday (falling on August 29). Vishal said he has said nothing wrong about the Producers Council and he will not apologise.
He also said he did not receive any sort of formal communication from the Council seeking his apology. He also stated he is ready to face any action taken by the Council
