Cyclone HudHud has caused widespread havoc in states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Odisha. There has been extensive loss to life and property in these regions, as a result.
Films stars from Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu have been doing their bit to ease the financial burden, by contributing generously.
Suriya's family has reportedly donated 50 lakhs towards the relief efforts, with the Singam star contributing 25 lakhs and Karthi contributing 12.5 lakhs. Producer Gnanavelraja of Studio Green has given 12.5 lakhs from his side. Vishal has meanwhile offered 15 lakhs towards the Hudhud relief efforts.
These kindhearted men are truly living by example and showing the way for others to follow suit. Way to go.
